Would I lose weight if I came became a temporary vegetarian?

If I became a vegetarian for around 1/2 months, would I lose weight/become healthier?

    Vegetarian or Veganism isn’t a ‘diet’. It’s not intended for weight loss.

    It’s meant for people who don’t want to eat meat or those who can’t due to health issues.

    You simply switch out animal protein,iron and b12 sources for plant based.

    Beef becomes Beans
    Pork becomes Lentils
    Chicken becomes Tofu
    Fish becomes Nuts and Seeds

    Beans,Lentils,Tofu,Nuts and Seeds STILL contain fats,still contain things that you can find in meat products. It’s just in plant form.<br/>
